Serving promise: in and within one year (counting from the time customers receives the products), products with any quality problem caused by processing can be exchanged with no charge.

Serving principle
•  Products confirmation: buyers who ask for sample supply should pay for it, and the payment can be deducted from future purchase order.

•  Products development: we can develop new products according to samples provided by buyers both in drawings and practical things, but development expenditure should be paid by buyers.

•  OEM: Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) is also accepted as long as correlative references are authorized.

•  Suggestions: Please keep the marks safe and sound. All our products have permanent identification, which can stand various working conditions except artificial ruining. It also plays an important role in handling products quality disputes.
